本規約は、shiokaze（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「鎌倉花マップ」（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を、利用者と当社との間で定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
利用者は、Google、LINE または Apple アカウントを用いてログインします。登録情報は正確かつ最新の内容を保つものとし、ニックネーム等の公開情報は第三者に表示される場合があります。利用者は、設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。
利用者が投稿した写真・日記・スポット情報・混雑情報等について、利用者は必要な権利を有することを保証します。当社は本サービスの提供・改善の範囲で当該コンテンツを利用できるものとします。個人宅など公開が不適切な場所は公開しないものとします。
利用者は、法令違反、第三者の権利侵害、虚偽情報の投稿、個人宅等プライバシーを害する情報の公開、本サービスの運営妨害となる行為を行ってはなりません。違反した場合、当社は投稿の削除や利用停止等の措置を行うことがあります。
花マップ＋ は、混雑情報・おすすめルート等の機能を提供する月額制の有料プランです。料金は月額 780 円（税込）で、初回購入月のみ 500 円（税込）となります。無料トライアルはありません。海外のストアでは、各国の通貨で相当額が表示・課金されます。サブスクリプションは期間終了時に自動更新され、利用者は各プラットフォーム（App Store / Google Play）の管理画面からいつでも解約できます。解約は次回更新日の24時間前までに行ってください。
当社は、本サービスで提供する花の見頃・混雑・ルート等の情報の正確性・完全性を保証しません。利用者は自己の責任で本サービスを利用するものとします。
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は本サービス上で告知します。変更後に利用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して当社と利用者の間で紛争が生じた場合、当社の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms set out the conditions of use of the application "Kamakura Flower Map" (the "Service") provided by shiokaze ("we", "us"), between the user and us. By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Users log in with a Google, LINE, or Apple account. Users shall keep their registered information accurate and up to date, and public information such as nicknames may be displayed to third parties. Users may delete their account at any time from the settings screen.
Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights to the photos, diary entries, spot information, crowd reports, and other content they post. We may use such content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service. Users shall not publish locations where publication is inappropriate, such as private residences.
Users must not violate laws, infringe the rights of third parties, post false information, publish information that harms privacy such as private residences, or interfere with the operation of the Service. In the event of a violation, we may take measures such as deleting posts or suspending use.
Kamakura Flower Map+ is a monthly paid plan that provides features such as crowd information and recommended routes. The price is 780 yen per month (tax included), and 500 yen (tax included) for the first month of purchase only. There is no free trial. In overseas stores, an equivalent amount is displayed and charged in each country's currency. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and users may cancel at any time from the management screen of each platform (App Store / Google Play). Please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information such as bloom timing, crowds, and routes provided by the Service. Users use the Service at their own responsibility.
We may change these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced on the Service. If a user continues to use the Service after a change, they are deemed to have agreed to the change.
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute between us and a user regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
